Reinier co-founded Volt Nederland together with Laurens and has been co-president of Volt Europa for the last four yours before leading the dutch campaign for the 2024 European elections. Volt Nederland finished with over 5% meaning Reinier and Anna are our first two MEPs from the Netherlands and making Volt the first movement with European deputies elected in multiple countries. In Parliament, Reinier will work on all topics related to foreign policy and defense.
